Ansa Silicon is setting up its first manufacturing facility for production of technical silicon manufacturing unit at Ekibastuz, Pavlodar Region, Kazakhstan.

It is presently under project stage to construct four submerged electric arc furnaces with a capacity of 21 MVA each to produce 35000 tonne annually technical silicon. The technology provider is M/s Tenova Pyromet, Italy, one of the leaders in the market for the production of submerged arc electric furnaces.
